All chemical sales are final, we are unable to return or exchange these items.
Delivery is only offered in the Austin area at this time.
Parts are returnable if in new condition and unopened. Please contact us via email to setup return of product.
Electrical parts are not returnable per our supplier guidelines
All new equipment will hold the manufacturers warranty and E&S Pool Pros install warranty of 1 year from date of install.
